My seventeen years experience with computers helps me to understand the frustrations and overwhelming feeling of helplessness which can occur when learning the computer.

Since 1998, I have worked with students at their home or business, one-on-one to help them acquire the level of computer knowledge they wish to obtain. Many have tried classes but came away with little or no knowledge. Large, fast paced classes with only one instructor left little time for the one-on-one attention which is sometimes needed.
